Shipping & delivery
Shipping is free on every US order. We ship to addresses in the United States and Canada.
Orders take 1 to 3 business days to process, then 5 to 11 business days in transit, so most orders arrive in 7 to 14 business days. A few can take up to 2 weeks in transit. Your items ship from our supplier's warehouse overseas, which is why delivery takes a little longer than big-box stores.
Canada: orders arrive in about 4 to 12 business days. Shipping is free on single items and a flat $5 (USD) on bundles, and duties and taxes may be collected on delivery.
You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. You can also check your order anytime on our Track your order page.
If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, email hello@snoutandsettle.com. We'll track it down, and if it's lost we'll resend it or refund you.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't cover packages sent to an incorrect address or left unclaimed.
