How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive in 7 to 14 business days: 1 to 3 days to process plus 5 to 11 days in transit (a few take up to 2 weeks). Shipping is free on US orders, and you'll get tracking by email when your order ships.
How do I track my order?
Use the tracking link in your shipping email, or visit our Track your order page.
Are these safe for my dog?
Our mats and feeders are made for pet use. Always supervise your pet during play and take the item away if it gets chewed or damaged.
How do I clean them?
Rinse with warm soapy water after use and let air dry. Snuffle mats can be hand washed and air dried.
Will these help my dog eat slower?
They're designed to slow fast eaters. Slow feeders and lick mats make dogs work for each bite, which keeps them busy longer.
What if something arrives damaged or wrong?
Email hello@snoutandsettle.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or refund you. See our Returns page for details.
Can I return something I changed my mind about?
We can't accept change-of-mind returns because our items ship from our supplier's warehouse. Please check sizes before ordering.
